All students will be able to Explore Latin culture, tradition, and art processes regarding Piñatas through art concepts such as history, design, media exploration, form, and armature, by listening, writing, and creating a Piñata using a variety of new and recycled material.

I will do a demonstration on how to start building the armature and different approaches to building the body or main form.

- Students will complete a KWL ( Know-Want to know- Learned) Chart before, during, and after a lecture regarding the history of Piñatas.
- Students will design and sketch, individually or in groups, a model for their Piñata focusing on the general form.
- They may add details such as color when they have a clear idea of the armature of their design.
